We know everyone's life is a busy streak, we at Sierra Pool and Spa want to make pool ownership as easy and stress free as possible. We have found that having a pre-authorization set-up on your account, eliminates the phone tag back and forth, so we can quickly and efficiently get your pool back to its sparkly blue color. When you agree to this benefit; Sierra Pool and Spa may replace necessary parts costing under your pre-authorization amount set. Pre-authorization is NOT A REQUIREMENT for being on service, but definitely helps, if we are unable to reach you in a timely manner, it may result in a cloudy, green pool or it may end up causing more damage to other expensive parts on your equipment, please authorize only the amount you feel comfortable with.
